Squad

A squad is an accountability group where members see each other's streaks side by side; there's no single shared streak — if one person's column flattens, the others see it.

In a squad, everyone keeps their own streak — there’s no shared, single streak to break. The squad’s job is to show them side by side: someone who knows you will usually see your column flatten — meaning you didn’t open the app that day — before you notice it yourself. Unlike a general gym leaderboard, it’s a much smaller, private circle — not a public ranking, but an accountability mechanism among a handful of people who already know each other.
