For gyms and coaches

As you gain members, you earn too

Beyond being an app your gym or your clients use daily, Cookrange runs a real mechanism for your business too: winning new members, automatic commission tracking when one of them goes Premium, and a data boundary the member controls themselves. All three are described below with their real mechanism.

Commission model

When a member who came through your gym's QR code goes Premium, commission is tracked automatically — not just on the first purchase; it keeps accruing as the member renews. Commission is a flat TRY amount (not a percentage); the exact figure appears in your gym contract and your dashboard.

Payouts are processed manually today. There's no automated payout rail yet (Stripe Connect, iyzico or similar); once your balance is eligible, Cookrange contacts you directly to arrange payment. The full contract terms are always accessible from your dashboard once you're approved.

The data boundary on members

How much a member shows your gym, or you as a coach, is always the member's own choice — off by default, and you can't see it otherwise.

As a coach, the first two rows don't apply to you — unlike a gym, you have no default check-in visibility; you see something only once your client separately grants you a tier. A member can turn off any tier they've granted at any time; the moment they do, any existing summary is deleted too, not just hidden until the cache expires. Full tier boundaries are on the progress analytics page.

QR invite kit

Any approved gym can generate as many invite codes as it wants from its dashboard — one per campaign, branch or coach ("front-desk QR", "Coach Alex's Instagram code", "March campaign"). Each code exports as a printable A4 poster carrying your logo and three-step instructions — save it or send it straight from your phone's share sheet. When a new member enters the code at signup, they connect to your gym automatically; commission is triggered by exactly that connection.

How to get started

Applying to list a gym only happens from inside the app today — gym name, address, contact details, a business document and an ID document; applications are reviewed within 1-3 business days (details on the gym ecosystem page). There's no separate, self-serve signup flow for coaches yet. Cookrange is currently at v0.9.6, internal alpha; either way, reaching out directly is the fastest path today.
