Cookrange is currently at v0.9.6, in a pre-launch internal alpha stage; beta access will open when the time is right. Logging, plans, recipes, community and streaks are in the free tier.
What Premium buys, and what it doesn't
Premium buys more generations from Cookrange AI — 2 a day free, 20 on Premium (plan, recipe generation, chat). Premium never restricts access to your own historical data or locks core features behind a paywall.
Premium doesn't buy XP or levels either — XP can never be purchased. Premium's only effect here is doubling the AI credit earned from the engagement your posts and comments genuinely receive, and that credit's daily cap.
Premium doesn't buy visual personalization either. Every account — free or Premium — can pick an accent color (orange, blue, green, or pink) and switch between light and dark mode from Settings; the choice is saved to your account, so it carries over after a reinstall or on a new device.

Is Cookrange free?
Yes, the core of the app is free. Today’s free tier includes unlimited meal logging, gym check-in, squads, and long-term progress history. It also includes 2 generations a day through Cookrange AI — a shared pool covering plan regeneration, recipe generation, and chat. Premium raises that to 20 a day — see the exact price on the pricing page.
Can I get a refund on Premium?
Premium purchases, billing, and cancellation aren’t handled directly by Cookrange — they run through the relevant app store (App Store or Google Play) at the time of purchase, and refund requests follow that store’s own policy. The Terms of Service don’t replace those store terms, they only sit alongside them. What Premium actually buys is explained on the pricing page and the Terms of Service.
