Internal alpha (v0.9.x)
Being tested on the development team's own devices; beta access opens to the waitlist when the time is right. Food logging, barcode scanning, the community feed and streaks work. Nutrition planning, gym check-in and squads are written, with end-to-end verification under way.

Expanded beta
Waitlist users will be invited in order. Focus: improving Cookrange AI's suggestion quality with real usage data.
After that
Public launch
General availability on the App Store and Google Play. The exact date depends on beta feedback and will be announced here and in the changelog.
How direction is measured
Priority isn't feature count — it's real-world reliability: barcode database accuracy, gym check-in latency, and how often Cookrange AI's suggestions actually land. Those metrics decide the move to the next stage.
