Cookrange reads your day as a column of data — meals, training, gym check-ins and streaks — and generates your weekly plan and tracks your progress with streaks and projections. Founded in Antalya in 2025, currently at v0.9.6 internal alpha.

Long

Cookrange is an AI system that unifies nutrition and fitness tracking into a single record. The weekly meal plan is generated from the user's body data, goals and allergens. Calories burned during the day are shown on top of the daily target, and the user can regenerate the plan to account for that — the plan doesn't change on its own. What was eaten can also be logged in free text; that's a log entry, not an edit to the existing plan. The system also brings gym check-ins, streaks kept with friend groups, and long-term progress into the same data column. Founded in Antalya in 2025, Cookrange is built by a solo founder and is at v0.9.6 internal alpha. The free tier is complete; Premium only buys additional AI generation capacity and never restricts access to a user's own data.
