One day,
cut open.
Everything you eat, lift, walk and sleep settles into a layer. Most apps ask you to remember it. Cookrange reads the column and tells you what to do next.
Your day already has a shape.
Three meals, a 3.2 km walk, 51 minutes of legs, 2.1 litres of water, seven hours down. Thickness is time. Colour is what kind of thing it was.
- 06:40 Wake
- 18:26 Vega Fitness, 51 min
- 23:10 Sleep 7h 20m
Three friends train at Vega too.
The first thing the home screen shows is people, not calories. Shown in Turkish — the app ships English and Türkçe at full parity, and the layout is built for the longer labels.

You generate your week whenever you want.
Twenty-eight meals built from your body, your goals and what you can actually cook, filtered against peanut and shellfish before you ever see them. The shopping list writes itself.
- 28 ÖĞÜN · TEK LİSTE
- 12:30 Tavuklu bulgur kâsesi · 684 kcal
Point the camera at the label.
Five ways in: today's plan, quick add, recipe generation, a photo, a barcode. Behind the phone the 12:30 layer closes. Skip a day and it just stays empty — the rest of the day recalculates around it, no retroactive penalty.

- Yulaf ezmesi, sade · 389 kcal / 100 g
You walked 3.2 km. It shows up on today's numbers.
Calories burned land on top of your day's target — 2,180 kcal reads as 2,410. Regenerate your plan and the new target carries through. A printed diet list can't do either.
- 2180 → 2410 kcal
- +18 g protein
A banana isn't a meal. Log it anyway.
Tap any single item — a snack, a fruit, a sauce — and only that item changes. Type "poured chocolate sauce on the banana" and +54 kcal lands on the snack, not the whole day. Dinner's quinoa quietly drops 15 g on its own. Everything already logged stays exactly as logged.

Deniz is already inside.
Not a badge, not a weekly digest. A real notification from someone you know — a friend request, a comment on what you cooked, a nudge before your streak breaks.
- Deniz seni arkadaş olarak eklemek istiyor
You put your shoes on.
Fourteen minutes on foot. The route is drawn on your phone and stays there — near-me sorting runs on device and no coordinate is stored. Decline the permission and everything else still works.
- 1.2 km → 0.0 km
- 14 dk yürüyerek
One code, and the gym is a room you are in.
Thirty-four members on the floor, tonight's standings live, your streak at 41. Vega sees its own attendance and peak hours. It never sees your body metrics — those sit in a store only you can read.
- 34 kişi içeride
- 41 gün seri
Your friends' streaks, side by side.
Each squad member keeps their own streak — there's no shared one to break. When yours flattens on a Tuesday, someone notices before you do. That's why the community layer exists.
- Herkesin kendi serisi
The same column, extended.
30, 60 and 90 days projected from your own 412 — written out, not charted: a projection and not a promise.
Pull the whole core.
A 94-day summer streak. A February with nine logged days. A protein average that never dipped below plan, all of it still on record. February stays in the record because deleting it would make the record useless.
- 94 günlük yaz serisi
Members, coaches and gyms on one floor.
A coach reads their own client list. A gym reads its own attendance. Nobody reads yours. Three sides that already exist in your real life, on infrastructure a solo tracker cannot rebuild.

Frequently asked questions
What is Cookrange?
Cookrange is an AI nutrition and fitness system that reads your day as a column of data — meals, training, gym check-ins and streaks. It generates your weekly meal plan, takes logging five different ways and tracks your progress with streaks. It is not a medical device or a health application.
Is Cookrange free?
Yes — logging, plans, squads and progress history stay free. Premium raises your AI generation limit and unlocks the 30-day nutrition trend, the BMR/TDEE breakdown and group CSV export.
Which platforms?
iOS 14+ and Android 8+ are the target. Currently internal alpha; beta access opens to the waitlist when the time is right.
When does it launch?
No fixed date yet. Joining the waitlist prioritizes beta access.
What is Cookrange?
Cookrange is an AI nutrition and fitness system that reads your day as a column of data — meals, training, gym check-ins and streaks. It generates your weekly meal plan, captures logging through barcode, photo, quick add and recipe generation, and tracks progress with streaks and projections. Built for iOS and Android, currently pre-launch (v0.9.6 internal alpha).
What it does
- Generates a weekly meal plan from your profile, goals and constraints, with allergen filtering applied before you ever see it.
- Takes logging five ways: today's plan, quick add, recipe generation, a photo, a barcode.
- Tracks gym check-ins and streaks; in a squad your friends' streaks sit side by side.
- Projects 30, 60 and 90 days from your own record — a projection, not a promise.
How it works
- You regenerate the plan whenever you want; everything from that moment forward updates and past entries stay exactly as logged.
- Calories burned show live on top of the day's target; the target itself only moves when you regenerate.
- Skip a day and it simply stays empty — no retroactive penalty.
- Near-me sorting is computed on device and no coordinate is stored. Decline the permission and everything else still works.
What it does not do
- Cookrange is not a medical device or a health application; it does not diagnose or prescribe.
- A gym sees its own attendance and peak hours, never your body metrics.
- No micronutrient (vitamin/mineral) tracking today; four core macros are tracked.
- No active connection to Apple Health, Google Fit or a smartwatch; if one is added it will be off by default and ask for consent separately.
- No browsable recipe library. Recipes are generated on request - not a kitchen-tested, photographed archive.
- Premium buys more AI generations, never access to your own data. Logging, plans, squads and progress history stay free.
