1. Acceptance and Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between [to be added] ("Cookrange", "we"), which operates the Cookrange mobile app and the cookrangeapp.com website (the "Service"), and you (the "User"). By registering for or using the Service, you accept these Terms; if you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description and Pre-Launch Status

Cookrange is an AI nutrition and fitness system that reads your day as a single column of data — meals, training, gym check-ins, and streaks. It generates a weekly meal plan, captures logging via barcode, photo, quick-add and recipe generation, and tracks your progress with streaks and AI-generated projections.

Pre-launch status: as of the date these Terms are published, Cookrange is in a pre-launch beta stage; the primary user action is joining a waitlist, and the app is not yet generally available in app stores. Features in beta may change, may be unstable, or may be removed without notice.

3. Account Terms

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
The accuracy of the health/nutrition data you provide matters — inaccurate inputs can lead to inaccurate recommendations.
Because the Service involves health data, it is not directed at individuals under 18; if you are under 18, you should only use it with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian (the exact age threshold will be confirmed during legal review).

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law,
Access another user's account without authorization or impersonate another person,
Reverse-engineer the Service, attempt to access its source code, or abuse it via automated tools (bots, scrapers),
Post harassing, misleading, or unlawful content in community/squad features,
Attempt to disrupt the security or operation of the Service.

5. Premium / Subscription

Cookrange may offer a paid Premium tier with additional features. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown separately at the time of purchase via the relevant app store (App Store/Google Play) or payment provider; these Terms do not replace that store's own terms of use or payment terms.

6. Sponsored Products and Third-Party Sales

The Service does not currently show sponsored product suggestions from brand partners. If this feature is introduced in the future, suggestions will always be labeled "Sponsored," will never be a pre-selected default, and the full rule set will be published in this section in advance; Cookrange will not be a party to, seller in, or intermediary of any such sale. 7. Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, trademarks, logos, and content belong to Cookrange or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes; this license does not grant you any right to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from Cookrange's brand, code, or content. Data you enter into the app (meal logs, notes, etc.) remains yours; Cookrange uses it only to provide the Service and for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

8. Health Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

Cookrange is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The nutrition and training recommendations the app generates are for general informational and motivational purposes only and are not a substitute for the professional judgment of a physician, dietitian, or other qualified health provider.

You should consult a health professional before starting any nutrition or exercise program, particularly if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or have a chronic illness. Cookrange is not liable for injury, health issues, or other harm resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cookrange makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will always be accurate or up to date.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cookrange will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption). Cookrange's total liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the total amount, if any, you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply where liability for intent or gross negligence cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the app's settings or by writing tocontact@cookrangeapp.com. Cookrange may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or for other reasonable business reasons. Termination does not affect rights and obligations (such as payment obligations) that accrued before termination.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya (Merkez), Turkey. Users who qualify as consumers retain the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee/Court of their place of residence under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.

Note: for consumers in the EU/US, the extent to which their own jurisdiction's mandatory consumer-protection rules may limit this governing-law/venue clause will be confirmed during legal review.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we may additionally notify you in-app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Cookrange's failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
