Adaptive meal plan
An adaptive meal plan is a nutrition-program concept that can be regenerated based on your logs and activity, rather than staying fixed; the target updates when you regenerate it.
An adaptive meal plan is a nutrition-program concept: unlike a fixed, printed diet list, it can be regenerated based on your logs and activity. In Cookrange, this means logging a workout shows the calories you burned as a live number on top of that day’s target; when you manually regenerate your plan, or update your profile (weight, goal, activity level), the new target carries through to the following days.
The plan doesn’t recalculate itself automatically, and it never rewrites meals you’ve already logged — regeneration happens when you ask Cookrange AI to do it.
