Who it's for
Coaches
For coaches who want to read their athlete's progress without unlimited access to their body data
Does this sound familiar?
- Tracking an athlete's nutrition and training is usually done with separate spreadsheets
- Unlimited access to an athlete's full history can feel invasive from a privacy standpoint
- Manual tracking limits how many athletes one coach can realistically manage
Why it’s hard
For a coach, the real challenge is wanting to see an athlete’s progress without unlimited access to all of their private data. Manual spreadsheets or screenshot-sharing is both slow and error-prone.
How Cookrange approaches it
As described on progress analytics, once an athlete explicitly connects a coach to their own account, that coach can read only that athlete’s progress — not any other athlete’s data. This follows the same privacy boundary as the gym ecosystem page’s, where a gym sees only its own check-in data. Generating a progress report sends the athlete’s name and streak data to our AI provider — a cross-border transfer.
Work with us
Exactly where the line sits on athlete data (tiered progress sharing) is detailed on the page for gyms and coaches. Cookrange is currently at v0.9.6 internal alpha, and there’s no separate, self-serve signup flow for coaches yet. If you’d like to try working with your own athletes this way, reach out directly via the contact page.
